11 Alive (Atlanta) investigators traveled to Tucson, Arizona, a community receiving international attention for its response to crisis to see what lessons Atlanta could learn from their response. Dr. Margie Balfour, Chief Quality Officer, and Gary McGinnis, Recovery Support Specialist Manager, in partnership with Sgt.
