Connections Kirkland crisis response center is open 24/7/365. The center offers a range of services for adults in crisis, including walk-in mental health urgent care, stabilization units, extended stabilization units, and outpatient recovery services.

For more than 30 years, Connections’ person-centered approach has ensured people in crisis get the care they need quickly, in the safest, yet least restrictive setting. As a behavioral health crisis leader, we create a safe environment for people to go to get the help they need and deserve. We treat every person who comes to Connections, regardless of insurance or circumstance.
By providing immediate access to care and connecting people to benefits and community resources, we have created a proven and recognized system that puts people on the journey to recovery. Connections delivers real results and real impact. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), National Council for Mental Wellbeing, and industry experts have adopted our model as a national best practice.

Walk-in mental health clinic
A 24/7 walk-in mental health clinic is open to all individuals in need of mental health support, regardless of insurance or circumstance.
Crisis stabilization
A 23-hour observation unit providing rapid assessment, treatment, stabilization, and proactive discharge planning in a therapeutic environment.
Extended stabilization,treatment, and evaluation
Two 16-bed units treats individuals requiring extended stabilization and treatment and evaluation services.
Outpatient recovery services
Our Transitions program is designed to surround individuals with the care and community-based resources needed to stay on a path to recovery.
