Montgomery County's Emergency Behavioral Health Crisis Center will bring 24/7/365 crisis support to King of Prussia, PA. Operated by Connections, the center will offer essential community resources for adults and youth in crisis, including walk-in mental health care, stabilization services, and post-acute support.

Comprehensive treatment and care for all individuals 24/7/365.

  • Window

    Walk-in mental health urgent care

    Two 24/7 walk-in mental health clinics—one for youth (ages 1–17) and one for adults—will be open to all individuals in need of mental health support, regardless of insurance or circumstance.

  • Heads

    Observation units

    Two separate 23-hour observation units—one for youth (ages 12–17) and one for adults—will provide rapid assessment, treatment, stabilization, and proactive discharge planning in a therapeutic environment.

  • Balance

    Crisis stabilization unit

    This unit will treat youth (ages 12-17) requiring extended stabilization, treatment, and evaluation services.
