Immediate access crisis care in Loudoun County
The Loudoun County Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center, operated by Connections, is proud to continue expanding access to behavioral health services in the Northern Virginia region.
Phase one: Adult crisis stabilization services are now open
Phase two: Adult walk-in behavioral health urgent care and 23-hour observation, date(s) forthcoming
Once fully operational, the Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, serving adults in need of behavioral health crisis care.
Loudoun County Government constructed and owns the Loudoun County Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center. Connections Health Solutions manages the center’s day-to-day operations under a contract with Loudoun County Government. Employees of Connections Health Services are not employees of Loudoun County Government.

Our 23-hour observation unit will provide rapid assessment, treatment, stabilization, and proactive discharge planning in a therapeutic environment.
Crisis stabilization
Dedicated unit to treat individuals requiring extended stabilization, treatment, and evaluation services.
