Loudoun County Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center is opening in 2026.
The center will offer walk-in mental health services and stabilization units. Located at 16480 Meadowview Court in Leesburg, the center is accessible via Route 7 and the Dulles Toll Road/Virginia Route 267.
The center will offer a range of services for adults in crisis, including walk-in mental health services and stabilization units.

A 24/7 walk-in mental health urgent care will be open to all individuals in need of mental health support, regardless of insurance or circumstance.
Observation
Our 23-hour observation unit will provide rapid assessment, treatment, stabilization, and proactive discharge planning in a therapeutic environment.
Crisis stabilization
Dedicated unit to treat individuals requiring extended stabilization, treatment, and evaluation services.
