Yes. Connections will help anyone who is experiencing a mental health emergency. If you enter our facility, you will be seen by the appropriate provider and staff member to help address your needs.

No. We do not treat youth at our Phoenix center. Our Tucson location has a dedicated youth center to help individuals under the age of 18 who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.

Connections Phoenix will help anyone who comes to the center. If you are concerned about your loved ones, and they are willing to receive help, you can bring them to the center to be seen and assessed. If they are not willing to come to the facility voluntarily, we have an involuntary treatment process that we can direct you to.

You have the right to request access to your personal health information (PHI) maintained by Connections Health Solutions (Connections) in our designated record set and/or authorize the release of information to a third party. To request your information complete the necessary forms linked below. Email the completed form(s) to medicalrecords@connectionshs.com or fax to 602-362-3231. Please allow five business days for us to process your request.
